Kids World: Paediatric Occupational Therapy is a private paediatric occupational therapy service located in Lane Cove, Sydney.  The practice is owned and directed by Georgina Ahrens OT.

She has a number of occupational therapists working with her in the practice who have been specially trained by Georgina to provide services to their clients.

Our occupational therapy practice is focused on working with children and their families who have disorders and difficulties with relating and communicating including:

• Autism spectrum disorders
• Asperger’s syndrome
• Sensory integration disorders
• Regulatory issues
• Dyspraxia
• Developmental delays

Our occupational therapy practice incorporates the DIR®/Model (Floortime) developed by Dr Stanley Greenspan, MD and Serena Wieder PhD and a specialist understanding of the impact of sensory processing difficulties, sensory integration difficulties, regulatory issues and motor development and how these difficulties impact a child’s ability to relate and interact with others while efficiently moving along the developmental pathways, required to achieve their full potential.
